OUR INGREDIENTS
In the interest of full transparency we have listed all our ingredients and their suppliers. And where possible, we have used Australian grown ingredients. Ideally, we’d love to produce a wholly Australian made product, however many ingredients do not grow abundantly in Australia so sourcing a reliable supply is not possible. Any changes to ingredient origin and supplier will always be updated on our website.
We source the best and most local ingredients possible
Golden flax seed (Linum usitatissimum) also called linseed
Origin - Australian grown
Australian certified organic
Supplier - Honest to Goodness, Sydney Australia and Nuts About Life Melbourne, Australia
We buy whole flaxseed as it stores better and stays fresher than the pre-ground variety. By grinding it ourselves we are also able to get a varied consistency, which give the porridges a grainier texture.
Golden flax (linseed) seeds are a source of essential fatty acids omega-3 and 6. They have a mild nutty flavour and as the name suggests are yellow gold in colour.

It is a source of manganese, magnesium, iron and folate. Quinoa also contains antioxidants such as vitamin E, quercetin and kaempferol. It is high in fibre and high in plant based protein compared with other grains, as well as being naturally gluten-free.
